New look for a Rare Classic
Leather interior was added for comfort and appearance, heated front seats and power adjustable on driver's seat
Stock Jeep Commando door panels were installed
Much more comfortable leather rear seats were added
New Best Top Tigertop was added
New heavy duty bumper was added
Running board steps were also added for ease of entry
Original mirrors were a necessary replacement with a more adequate version
With the 5" lift and some more appropriate tires and wheels this jeep is going to be ready for summer fun
Extremely rare engine is factory installed, the only V8 offered in the Jeep Commando was a 304ci, this Jeep has a factory installed 360ci engine
Engine upgrades by a previous owner were RV cam, aluminum intake, after market distributor, engine bay will be cleaned up and paint redone to complete this project. Not all projects need to be complete rebuilds, some are just improvements the owner wishes to make in appearance or driveline upgrades or ?
