REPAIR WORK OF FRACTURES IN THE ORIGINAL FIBERGLASS, A SPECIAL GLASS IMPREGNATED BODY FILLER IS REQUIRED. HEADLIGHTS ARE BEING CONVERTED FROM VACUUM OPERATION TO ELECTRIC.

INITIAL FIBERGLASS FABRICATION FOR THE OPTIONAL AIR INTAKES

AIR INTAKE BODY WORK UNDERWAY

THE ORIGINAL ROOF IS NOW REMOVED IN PREPARATION OF NEW ROOF FABRICATION

SPLIT WINDOW ROOF FABRICATION IN PROCESS, HIGH DENSITY FOAM IS STRUCTURAL CORE MATERIAL AND VERY LIGHTWEIGHT

THE ROOF SECTION WILL NOW BE BODY WORKED AND FIBERGLASS WILL BE ADDED PRIOR TO REMOVAL

AFTER EXTERIOR SURFACE IS FIBERGLASSED THE TOP MUST BE REMOVED TO GLASS THE INSIDE SURFACES

ROOF FABRICATION IS NOW PERMANENTLY INSTALLED, THE ADDITION OF THE SPLIT WINDOW ROOF GREATLY IMPROVES LONGITUDINAL RIGIDITY

FUEL FILL PORT IS IN FINAL BODY WORK

HOOD MODIFICATIONS ARE COMPLETE

SIDE VENT GRILL INSTALLED

FABRICATED REAR VALANCE IS READY FOR FINAL BODY WORK

GLASS ATTACHMENT OF THE NEW REAR VALANCE

CUSTOM REAR VALANCE IS READY FOR TAILLIGHT INSTALLATION

EPOXY PRIMER BEING APPLIED

PPG BASE COAT CLEAR COAT IS APPLIED

LIGHTENED FORGED CRANK IS IN PLACE

ROTATING ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE WITH TITANIUM RODS AND PISTONS INSTALLED

HEADS NOW IN PLACE

FINAL ASSEMBLY OF THE LS7 Z06 ENGINE

Z06 LS7 DRY SUMP ENGINE IS INSTALLED

REAR OF THE VETTE HAS BEEN SHORTENED 10"

WIRE MESH GRILLS AT EVERY OPENNING

FLOWING BEAUTIFUL FEMININE LINES OF THE C3 HINTING OF RAW MUSCLE,NOTE THE AIR INTAKE AT FRONT CORNER, C3 CORVETTES HAVE LITTLE AIR FLOW STOCK.

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS, OPEN TOP OR CLOSED, THE SPLIT WINDOW LOOKS GREAT TOPS ON OR OFF.
